Foster Grandparents

Join a community of adults aged 55 and older who mentor children in Siouxland schools and childcare centers. Share your wisdom while earning a stipend and making a lasting impact.

The Impact of Mentorship

As a Foster Grandparent, you provide the extra support and encouragement that helps a child thrive academically and emotionally.

Academic Tutoring

Help children develop reading and math skills, providing one-on-one attention that classrooms alone often can’t give.

Emotional Support

Be a consistent, loving presence for children who need a trusted adult — boosting confidence and self-esteem.

Lifelong Mentorship

Share your stories and heritage. Help children develop the skills, confidence, and strength to succeed in life.
